01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 28x777, creating an account, or using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. 03 Account Registration

• Each individual is permitted to maintain only one account on 28x777. Duplicate accounts may be merged, suspended, or closed at our discretion, with associated funds forfeited where fraud is suspected.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

28x777 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, HBL, UBL, and USDT (TRC20), all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and are displayed within the Cashier section of your account.

All withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification and internal fraud screening. 28x777 reserves the right to delay, request additional documentation for, or decline a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. 05 Bonuses & Promotions

06 Fair Play & Game Rules

Return to Player ("RTP") percentages published for each game reflect the certified theoretical return over a statistically significant number of game rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same Promotion more than once.

08 Account Suspension & Termination

28x777 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where there is reasonable belief that these Terms have been violated, where required by applicable law, or where necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or other players. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any funds associated with the breach may be forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 28x777 support. Any verified withdrawable balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completed KYC verification.

09 Limitation of Liability

28x777 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 28x777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor delays, or device malfunction on the player's end.
